CSR Policy
OBJECTIVE:
The main objective of this CSR policy is to establish guidelines for Rajanya NEET Academy to integrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a key component in fostering sustainable societal development.
In alignment with this vision, the academy, through its CSR initiatives, will design and implement programs that align with the core areas outlined in this policy. Rajanya NEET Academy has collaborated with other eligible organizations to fulfill its CSR commitments (“CSR Implementing Agencies”). The academy is dedicated to contributing to societal development by enhancing access to quality education and supporting underprivileged students.
FOCUS AREAS:
While Rajanya NEET Academy may undertake various CSR activities as determined by its Board of Directors from time to time, these initiatives will adhere to the guidelines under the Companies Act, 2013 (the “Act”) and the applicable rules, regulations, and circulars issued thereunder (collectively, “Applicable Law”). The primary focus areas include:
Creating pathways for aspiring medical professionals by offering coaching and preparatory support for NEET and other medical entrance examinations.
Promoting quality education, including professional course training, for students from underprivileged backgrounds.
Enhancing educational accessibility and improving career prospects in the medical field.
Providing scholarships to meritorious and economically disadvantaged students pursuing medical education, with a special focus on underrepresented groups.
Supporting NGOs and educational institutions that offer quality education and vocational training for aspiring medical professionals.
Strengthening infrastructure and resources for institutions providing professional technical, medical, and general education.
UNDERTAKING CSR ACTIVITIES:
Rajanya NEET Academy will undertake CSR activities (including projects, programs, or other permitted initiatives) either directly or through CSR Implementing Agencies, or in collaboration with other organizations, as approved by the Board of the Academy, in compliance with Applicable Law.
FUNDING, SELECTION, AND MONITORING PROCESS:
The academy will evaluate CSR project proposals based on its focus areas, potential impact assessment, and other relevant criteria as determined by the Board. The approval and funding of projects will be subject to the Board’s discretion.
MODE OF IMPLEMENTATION:
CSR programs, projects, or activities will be implemented through one or more of the following methods:
Directly by Rajanya NEET Academy.
Through registered trusts and societies working towards educational development.
By contributing to initiatives permissible under Schedule VII of the Act.
This policy underscores Rajanya NEET Academy’s commitment to social responsibility by fostering education and empowering future medical professionals.
